v1.15.0
New
Unified item tables and package quantities
Manage item contents, carton counts and prices in consistent spreadsheet tables across quotations, orders, warehouses, loading lists and containers. Resize, pin and arrange columns, edit in drawers and review quantities with clearer validation.
Notifications in one place
Follow inventory and container activity from the bell or inbox. See what changed, open the related record, manage unread updates, and choose which activities reach your inbox or appear as popups while you work.
Mention colleagues in comments
Type @ in a comment and choose a colleague who can view that record. They receive a direct inbox notification that opens the highlighted comment, including on Personal Expenses.
Approve or reject personal expenses
Reviewers can approve a personal expense from its status: add the paid-through account, expense account and billable choice, and a regular expense with its journal entry is created and linked to the request. A request can also be rejected with a reason the employee sees.
Personal expenses
Paid for something on the company’s behalf? Record it under Personal Expenses with the amount, what it was for and your receipts. Each request stays private to you and to reviewers who see every employee’s requests, and it is saved as pending without touching the accounts.
Subscription conditions tailored to your workspace
Your administrator can now set workspace-specific user limits, included users, additional-user prices, grace periods and storage. Agreed conditions carry through renewals of the same plan, while existing invoices and purchased seats retain their recorded terms.
Improved
Consistent detail tables and creation buttons
Customer breakdowns and FX differences now use the familiar table and export controls. Contact tabs have consistent spacing, and expense, refund, transfer, warehouse, market, unit and account creation buttons share the same appearance.
Consistent search and filter controls
Customer, supplier and shipping-company lists now use the same compact search fields and filter buttons as Orders.
Consistent contact tables
Arrange, resize, pin and save columns in the customer, supplier and shipping-company lists using the familiar table controls. Each list keeps its own layout, search, filters and primary contact details.
Clearer stock when loading Containers
Item selection, the Container form and Load to container now show the main-unit balance alongside each content’s available packaging for the selected warehouse and branch. Zero is explicit; unavailable packaging data appears as a dash.
Consistent Container tables and unified export
Container tables share compact controls, adjustable columns and visible Sales/Logistics choices. Export the full Container from one drawer with Customer and Shipping layouts and optional sheets. Items spacing is consistent; ambiguous Orders count columns are removed from tables and exports.
Receipt changes in the expense activity
Adding or removing a receipt on an expense is now recorded in its activity, with the file name and who made the change.
Consistent expense and transfer tables
Arrange, resize, pin and save columns in expenses, expense refunds and transfers with the familiar table controls, compact search and filters, and a separate export drawer.
Consistent financial detail tables
Arrange, resize and pin columns in customer expenses, expense payments, and payment allocations and refunds. Existing exports use a separate column drawer while amounts and available actions keep their familiar behavior.
Content movement quantities in Order Items
Received, Loaded, In warehouse and Remaining at supplier now show each content’s actual packages beside the main quantity. Order and warehouse movement cells place the number at one end and the unit badge at the other.
Item quantities in Excel match the table
Order movement quantities and Loading List availability now show the main quantity beside each content's actual packages in Excel. The Sub Main unit quantity export column uses the table's caption and stored packaging value.
Consistent item tables in Excel
Order movement quantities and Loading List availability are centered with their units in Excel. Warehouse item exports now match the Order item table's column widths, font, row sizing and header style.
Clearer available stock in Loading Lists
Available quantity now pairs the main unit with each content’s actual packaging balance in item tables and selection forms. Selection forms keep their reservation limits. Zero is explicit, and unavailable packaging data appears as a dash.
One item selection table for Loading Lists
Choose items from all orders in one table when creating a Loading List or adding items. Filter by order without losing selected quantities, arrange columns, and enter actual packaging counts with clear available limits. Failed item loads can be retried.
Consistent Loading List tables and export
Loading Lists now share compact table controls and adjustable columns. Configure the full customer document in one drawer, independently of Items filters. Add items opens above expanded tables. Custom fields, column order and the nonfinancial report remain available.
Consistent spacing above order and container lists
The main Orders and Containers lists now align their search and filter bars with the other lists. Detail-tab spacing stays the same.
Clearer order action buttons
Order tables use compact, matching search and action controls. Export has a download icon, drawer confirmations use a solid primary button, and Add to loading list, Return to pending and Delete are grouped in the navbar action menu.
Consistent order container tables and export
Manage container columns like order items and add a Containers sheet from Customer export. The tab and unified export omit Distinct items and Items loaded. Payments and Containers use a normal cursor until dragging to scroll.
Clearer order detail tables
Order items omit the content index, pad movement values and labels, and show cm, m³ and kg. Payments and Containers headers now align with their values, with menu arrows opposite and information icons inward, including in Arabic.
Configure order exports in one place
Configure full-order exports in one drawer with compact Supplier/Customer choices. Select and reorder columns using full-height drag guides above four empty preview rows; drag their body to scroll. Supplier exports can include a separate Payments sheet. Unknown column selections are safely ignored.
Faster item editing and compact column menus
Edit an order item directly from its row actions, below View. Column menus in spreadsheet tables are smaller and their options align to the start in both left-to-right and right-to-left interfaces.
Arrange the Orders export in a bottom drawer
Orders list exports now use a bottom drawer with a blank column layout preview, draggable headers and a Columns menu. Search and filters still define the report. The Purchase Amount badge has been removed from the page header.
A consistent Orders table
The Orders list has clearer text, a wider Status column, softer grid lines and compact column controls with drag, resize, pinning and label editing. Choose 10, 20, 50 or 100 rows per page (default 20). Supplier layouts and export filters are preserved; ordinary balances use neutral text.
A consistent order payments table
Choose, reorder, resize and pin payment columns using the same controls as order items. Add payment now matches Add item. Export payments through the order’s unified Export drawer.
Consistent payment and refund tables
Arrange, resize, pin and save columns in payment and refund lists using the familiar table controls. Each list and contact tab keeps its own layout, with payment details, reconciliation, filters and export choices preserved.
Customer exchange rate on personal expenses
When a personal expense names a customer in another currency, the form shows the customer exchange rate recorded with the request. Reviewers can correct it before approving, and approval uses the recorded rate.
Keep employee receipts on the original request
Approving a personal expense keeps its receipts on the request without copying them to the expense. Open the linked request to review them. Documents specific to the reimbursement can be attached separately to the expense.
Personal expense improvements
Approved requests explain why deletion is disabled until the linked expense is deleted. Edit comments show only the reason. Approval opens the linked expense when you have permission to view it.
Consistent Personal Expenses table
Use the familiar search, filter and column controls for personal expense requests. Arrange, resize, pin and hide columns while keeping separate layouts for your own requests and the employee list, with the existing review actions.
Simpler personal expense table
Open personal expense requests through their number links. The separate view eye icon has been removed.
Duplicate quotation price lists
Duplicate a price-list row from its actions menu to copy quantities, contents, prices and measurements into a new offer. The supplier and price-list photos are left empty, and editing the copy keeps the original unchanged.
Quotation columns for items or contents
Choose Item or Content when editing quotation columns. Item values are shared across supplier offers. Scope edits save all offers together; column definitions survive order conversion, and names differing only in letter case share one export column.
Consistent Quotation tables and export
Quotations now share compact table controls and adjustable columns. Configure the complete quotation in one export drawer, independently of Items filters. Custom fields and pricing layouts are preserved, with the filtered nonfinancial report available to restricted roles.
Consistent Markets and Units tables
Arrange, resize, pin and hide columns in Markets and Units with the familiar table controls. Each list saves its own layout and keeps its search, record actions and sub-unit details.
Choose rows per page across tables
Tables share 10/20/50/100 rows-per-page choices: main lists start at 20, tabs at 10. Controls match in height and outline and stay visible during page requests. Small complete lists hide the selector. Accounting behavior, totals and export scope stay unchanged.
Start contents with two rows
New content structures and items switched to per-content mode now start with two rows. Add more rows as needed; existing contents are preserved.
Consistent warehouse export button
The Items in warehouse export button now uses the same download icon as the other tables, keeping the existing column selection drawer.
Centered warehouse quantities in Excel
Warehouse export headings, movement quantities and eligible quantity totals are centered in Excel. The layout preview follows the same heading alignment.
Easier warehouse stock tables
Arrange, resize, pin and save warehouse columns. Inspect equivalent main quantities beside actual content packages in item and branch rows, and choose export columns. Stock summary cards now group physical received, loaded and remaining quantities by unit.
